Recently in Simi Valley, California, a family encountered a rather bizarre intruder in their home. What's worse, that intruder was stuffing his face and belly full of their freshly made chocolate cake!
"I kind of leaned into the door a little bit in the kitchen and I'm kind of peeking around and I see my kitchen is kind of destroyed. The chocolate cake I made for a barbecue that day was dumped over," the homeowner told Fox 11 Los Angeles.
Generally speaking, most bears, even Black bears like this one will stay away from homes and other places people frequent. However, if they smell something they just can't resist, they may just come knocking.. or they will just bust in and take your cake.
